Listeners! My brand new single ”Through the Storm” will arrive on all digital music services on October 14.
Normally, I don’t want to even think about making music in a loooong time after an album release so I’m a bit surprised being creative again. Guess I have these crazy Corona-times to thank for it. I have also composed more music than this during these months that you, of course, also will be able hear in the future!
The single-artwork is made by talented Indiana-based painter Meredith Brookes. Check out more of her stuff here
I don’t want to reveal anything about the piece itself. All I can say is that I’m very thrilled for you to hear it. I really am.
Follow me through the storm on October 14.

I would really like to thank Johan Arveli, Sandra Lee Petterson, Annica Nordin, Katarina Åhlén and Peter Roos for eminent efforts! In fact, I would like to thank my own brain aswell for being able to cope with me and my pathological selfcritisism for a year and a half without going nuts.
This is my most beautiful creation after my son!
Enjoy!

New single!
Good evening listeners. My 2nd single Ominous is coming Tuesday, June 11th and will (as usual) be available on every digital music platform out there.
Ominous was actually the first song I composed during the creating process of IMBALANCES and I was not in a good place at the time.
Honestly it’s tough for me emotionally to listen to the song for that reason. It’s the same with many other songs on the record. Maybe even more. They give me memories from a time and place that I just want to repress! But that’s also a useful reminder that I was able to climb myself up from the dark and deep hole I was in for most of the time during the making of this album. Actually, even though this might sound cliche, I have this album to thank for just that!
My first album was, in a way, my ”heartache-album”. My second album was my ”anxiety-album”, you can say. My third album (which I actually thought would be my last) was my ”love-and-death-album”.
I would like to, without wanting to sound too dramatic here, call this my ”survival-album”. And I feel that… if my music can heal and help me in such ways, as well as other persons on this planet (people literally have told me that my music has saved their lives!), I feel it would be nothing else but downright stupid to quit doing what I’m doing.
Music can really have powerful effects on us. That’s really the magic of music. I remember Ingmar Bergman once said that ”Music is a healing force that makes life worth living”. I completely agree with that even though, quite frankly, he seemed to be a huge douchebag!
So! June 11th, it is. The full tracklist and release date for IMBALANCES is also coming your way soon.
Stay tuned

DONE!
Good news listeners! My 4th full length album IMBALANCES is now officially DONE. Or at least MY part is! Now the songs will go through a mixing-process by producer/musician Johan Arveli and then a mastring-process at Cutting Room Studios in Stockholm.
The feelings I have at the moment is a mixture of excitement and relief (I put roughly 16 months of work into it!) but also a feeling of emptiness and a bit of sorrow, actually. But that was expected. I get the same feelings after every album I make. It’s logical. The difference this time around though, is that I feel more excited and satisfied than I normally do after I’ve finished a record, and that’s remarkable…
So, now you know the status! I’m eying for an early autumn-release (this isn’t a summer-album!) with a second single coming somewhere in between. I will soon also reveal the tracklist of the 11 songs featured on the album.
Stay tuned folks and have a joyful easter!
